About Our Rescue Program

We serve the at-risk miniature horse, donkey, and pony populations in North Carolina and New Hampshire.  These small friends make their way to us because they have either been seized or surrendered to Law Enforcement, have been intercepted from the traumatic (and often deadly) auction pipeline, or have lost their home due to illness or death of their owner. 

No matter their backstory, we are proud to be able to provide a soft landing for these equines in need of rescue and to help them transition. It is only because of our incredible donors that we are able to offer top tier veterinary, medical, farrier, and training support and environment to prepare for their individualized transition plans.

Adoption: Our ideal transition that we hope for all our equines is that they can be successfully adopted into loving forever homes. Their Home At Last. These equines are available through our foster to adopt program.
