There are so many ways to volunteer!

Join us at our Statesville, NC location. You will have the flexibility to volunteer as much as you'd like, but we kindly request a minimum commitment of 1 shift per month. Our shifts typically last around 2-3 hours, and there are a variety of tasks to get involved in. From cleaning stalls and paddocks, to brushing and exercising equines, there's something for everyone. You can even spend quality time reading to our shy equines. While we don't offer opportunities for riding horses, you'll have the incredible chance to form meaningful connections with these animals and make a lasting impact on their lives and healing journeys.

 Come play a vital role in raising awareness about our mission and our important programs. Your responsibilities would include organizing educational events, engaging with local schools and community groups, and promoting our rescue efforts through social media and outreach campaigns, etc. We will also need your help assisting  in coordinating fundraising activities or volunteer days, helping to build connections between our farm and the community. By sharing our story and the importance of our mission, you can inspire others to get involved and support us. 

 Take the lead in developing and implementing innovative fundraising strategies to support our mission and important community programs. Your role will involve planning and coordinating fundraising events, such as benefit auctions, community fairs, and online campaigns, all aimed at engaging donors and raising vital funds. You will help us set fundraising goals, create promotional materials, and cultivate relationships with local businesses and sponsors to secure support. Additionally, you’ll inspire and motivate other volunteers to join in fundraising efforts, fostering a sense of community around our cause. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring that we have the resources needed to provide exceptional care for our rescued animals and fund our programs.
